A new and diverse workout tool combines the comfort of a foam roller with the challenge of weight resistance. Balanced Body’s MOTR product allows members to work out in eight different body positions, and to quickly switch resistance while targeting different areas – it has three different resistance levels. It comes in a 43” cylinder.
Balanced Body has also introduced the Bodhi Suspension System, which combines two independent ropes and four suspension points in one suspension training system. Exercise categories include strength, stability, balance, proprioception and flexibility. Attachment anchors are available for a wall, ceiling or door.
